The movie based on the adventures of Norwegian ethnographer and explorer Thor Heyerdal faced the seemingly impossible task of facing Amour in the Best Foreign Language Oscar race. Now off the awards circuit, this well-received new project can stand on its own merits. Co-directors Joachim Rönning and Espen Sandberg are set to make a Hollywood project next with a script currently titled Spectral.
